Terms & Conditions — gl16 Online Gaming Platform

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "gl16" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at gl16.net, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, applications, and services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the gl16 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the gl16 platform, including the associated PHP wallet balance.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any wagering activity conducted using actual PHP funds deposited into a gl16 account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or incentive amounts credited to an account by gl16 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by Philippine regulations and gl16 policy before a player may process withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the gl16 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "PHP" refers to the Philippine Peso, the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the sole currency used for all real-money transactions on gl16.

By accessing the gl16 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the gl16 platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting gl16 customer support.

gl16 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gl16 will provide notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory directive.

To register and use the gl16 platform for real-money gaming, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. gl16 enforces this requirement strictly and without exception.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted. Players in prohibited jurisdictions may not access real-money features of the platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised gaming regulatory body.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of gl16, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purposes of bonus eligibility.

To access real-money gaming on gl16, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one gl16 account at any time. If you already hold an active gl16 account, you must not create a new one. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Compromised accounts: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gl16 immediately at [email protected]. gl16 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account.
• Account transfer: gl16 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or transfer your account or any account balance to another person under any circumstances.

gl16 is required by Philippine regulations and its operating framework to verify the identity of all players who process withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory and cannot be waived.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit the following documents via the account verification section of your gl16 dashboard:

• A clear, colour photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID. Acceptable IDs include: Philippine Passport, SSS card, GSIS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, PRC ID, national ID (PhilSys), or UMID.
• A selfie photograph holding your submitted ID, taken at the time of submission.
• For withdrawals above ₱50,000, gl16 may request additional proof of source of funds documentation in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.

KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. You will be notified by email upon approval or if additional documents are required. Unverified accounts may continue to deposit and play but cannot process any withdrawal request until KYC is approved.

All financial transactions on gl16 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your gl16 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are typically credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours, subject to the sending bank's processing times.
• 7-Eleven Cliqq deposits are credited within 30 minutes of successful payment at the terminal.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after network confirmation (typically 3 confirmations) and converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of crediting.
• gl16 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment service may apply their own transaction fees independently of gl16.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals are only available to KYC-verified accounts.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and matching your KYC documents. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• gl16 reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual or high-value withdrawal requests as part of its fraud prevention and AMLA compliance obligations.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 7) before they become eligible for withdrawal.

gl16 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration. Some bonuses require KYC completion before activation.
• All bonus offers have a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are kept separately in your gl16 wallet. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus offers may have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• gl16 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to any rights that have already vested for active participants.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting system errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account closure.
• Certain game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. The contribution rates for each game category are published on the relevant promotion page.

gl16 hosts a library of games provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The following general principles apply across all game categories on gl16:

• RNG Certification: All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by the respective game studios. RNG systems are independently audited for fairness.
• RTP Transparency: Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles available on gl16. RTPs represent the theoretical long-term percentage of wagered funds returned to players over a statistically significant number of rounds.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games use real physical cards, roulette wheels, and other game equipment. Game outcomes are determined by physical results captured on live video stream and are not computer-generated.
• Malfunction Voids Play: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the integrity of a game round, gl16 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the player's balance. This applies to all game categories.
• Disputed Outcomes: If you believe a game outcome was incorrectly recorded, you must raise the dispute within 30 days of the game round in question by contacting gl16 support with your account details and the relevant round ID. gl16 will investigate and provide a response within five (5) business days.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gl16 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with gl16.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with or exploit the gl16 platform or any of its games.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker rooms, or any other multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the gl16 platform to facilitate any financial activity in violation of Philippine AMLA provisions or any applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any gl16 game or platform feature. Any such vulnerability must be reported to gl16 support immediately. Players who exploit vulnerabilities will have all resulting winnings voided.
• Abusing the gl16 bonus system in any manner, including through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or reverse engineering of promotional mechanics.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location or bypass jurisdiction restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses gl16 staff or other players through any communication channel.

gl16 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder (see Section 11).
• A legal or regulatory directive requiring account action.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. In such cases, gl16 will provide 30 days' written notice to the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy to the account balance.

Where an account is closed due to a player-initiated request or inactivity (and no fraud or breach is involved), the verified account balance in real-money funds will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within five (5) business days of the closure being processed.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gl16 may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. gl16 will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

gl16 is strongly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Online gaming is intended to be an enjoyable entertainment activity. gl16 recognises that for some individuals, gambling can become a problem, and the platform takes its duty of care to players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all gl16 account holders and can be accessed directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once reduced, limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum gaming session duration. You will receive an on-screen notification when your set time is reached.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or up to 30 days while preserving your balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and add yourself to the gl16 self-exclusion register. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened. This is a serious and permanent measure handled with full confidentiality.

All content on the gl16 platform — including but not limited to the gl16 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the property of gl16 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gl16 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any gl16 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any gl16 software or game engine.
• Use the gl16 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks without express written permission from gl16.
• Frame or mirror any part of the gl16 platform on another website or application without written authorisation.

Game content provided by third-party studios (JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, etc.) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms. gl16 hosts such content under licence agreements and does not claim ownership over third-party game IP.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, gl16 limits its liability as follows:

• gl16 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if gl16 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• gl16 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions that are outside gl16's direct control.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, gl16's liability is limited to returning the wager amount for the affected round to the player's account balance.
• gl16 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. gl16 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and will publish advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
• gl16 is not liable for any actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays, errors, or fees applied by GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or any other payment service used to transact on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits gl16's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

gl16 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices of gl16 include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• gl16 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data is processed in a PCI-compliant environment. gl16 does not store full card or bank account numbers on its servers.
• All data transmissions between your device and the gl16 platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to attempt to resolve disputes through gl16's internal dispute resolution process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, your account details, and any supporting evidence. gl16 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: gl16's compliance team will conduct a full review and provide a written response within ten (10) business days. For complex cases involving game outcomes or large-value disputes, this period may be extended to 20 business days with prior notice.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with gl16's internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. gl16 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.

gl16 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process governs how amendments are handled:

• For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights, financial terms, or game access — gl16 will provide at least seven (7) days' written notice to registered players via email before the changes come into effect.
• For minor changes — such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or non-material adjustments — gl16 may update the document without prior notice, with the updated version taking effect upon publication at gl16.net/terms-conditions.
• For legally required changes — amendments required by PAGCOR directive, Philippine law, or court order — gl16 may implement changes immediately and will notify players as soon as practicable thereafter.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated each time the Terms & Conditions are revised. Your continued use of the gl16 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
